Have you ever wanted to start running but don’t know where to begin or turn for advice?

Perhaps just want to lose weight and get fitter?

Then this is the class for you.

Porthcawl Runners are starting a ‘Couch to 5K’ programme for adults who are complete beginners !

WHEN ?  

The programme will begin on the 16th January 2017, and last for 9 weeks

HOW OFTEN?

There will be 3 sessions a week for 9 weeks.  

Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings at 18:15 hrs

HOW MUCH?

£27 for the full 9 week programme.  

 If you turn up for every session that works out at just £1 per session – amazing value!
